The founder and Managing Director of Sabihat Engineering Consultancy, He has over 34 years of experience in Architectural Engineering fields. Holding “A” Grade Consultancy license from Engineers Licensing Committee from Ministry of Urban Planning, State of Qatar. He was formerly expert Senior Architect from Urban Planning & Development, Ministry of Municipal Affairs, State of Qatar. Previously he held many responsible positions with the Qatar Government departments such as Municipality, Housing, as well as Government of Sudan. Rich experience and knowledge in large scale developments, infrastructure, City zoning, are his acquired assets.

He has been a Senior Member of many State Committees to formulate the policy of the State of Qatar in Urban Planning. Some of the positions he held are:

Member of the Technical Advisory Committee for Qatar National Master Plan, in Collaboration with Japan.
Member, Work team for enhancing setting out plans for buildings.
Member, Adhoc Committee Mission for Planning & toning regulations, for persons with disabilities.
Member, Policy Planning for Industrial buildings, labour accommodations, Suburban development, residential compounds, shopping malls, and Louise and Tourism Industry.
